1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Philly Roof Find website at phillyrooffind.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Philly Roof Find is a directory and informational website that helps Philadelphia property owners find and evaluate roofing contractors. The Site provides:

• A directory of roofing contractors serving the Philadelphia area
• Contractor profiles with business details and aggregated review data
• Educational articles and guides about roofing topics
• A quote request system that connects users with specific contractors

The Site is NOT: a roofing contractor, a licensed inspection service, a guarantor of contractor quality, or a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. We provide information to help you make informed decisions, but the ultimate responsibility for hiring and working with a contractor is yours.

4. User Submissions

When you submit information through the Site, including quote requests, contact form messages, reviews, or other content ("User Submissions"), you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information.
• You will not impersonate another person or entity.
• You grant Philly Roof Find a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your User Submissions in connection with operating and improving the Site.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions and any consequences that arise from them.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User Submission at our sole discretion, for any reason.

5. Business Listings

Business listings on the Site are compiled from publicly available information and verified against public records and Google Business data. Regarding business listings:

• Accuracy: While we make reasonable efforts to verify listing information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Business information, including operating status, contact details, and service offerings, may change without our knowledge.
• No Endorsement: Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any contractor's quality, safety, or reliability.
• Listing Removal: Business owners may request removal or correction of their listing by contacting us at admin@phillyrooffind.com. We will process legitimate removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Rankings: Contractor rankings and positioning on the Site are determined by our internal methodology and are not influenced by payment or advertising.

6. Quote Requests and Contractor Communication

When you submit a quote request through the Site, your contact information and project details are forwarded to the specific contractor you selected. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Philly Roof Find is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between you and any contractor.
• We do not guarantee that any contractor will respond to your quote request, provide services, or offer any particular pricing.
• You are responsible for independently verifying contractor licensing, insurance, and qualifications before entering into any agreement.
• Any dispute between you and a contractor must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Philly Roof Find will not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise participate in contractor disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Philly Roof Find or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Site.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without permission.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Site into another website or service.

Limited personal, non-commercial use of Site content (such as printing an article for personal reference) is permitted.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHILLY ROOF FIND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHILLY ROOF FIND, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY CONTRACTOR OR THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Philly Roof Find, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (d) any User Submission you provide.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
