We Roof Philly

I hired We Roof Philly in 2020 for a full roof replacement ($3,300) to fix a leak, and five years later the same leak still isn’t fixed. I’ve had to contact them more than a dozen times between 2020 and 2025 — often with no response for weeks or even months. When they do respond, they promise to send someone out or blame the weather, but the repairs are always temporary. The leak keeps coming back and has caused repeated damage to my drywall. They’ve been polite in communication, but there’s been zero accountability or lasting solution. After years of follow-ups and delays, I’ve completely lost confidence in their workmanship. If you’re looking for a company that actually stands behind their work and communicates reliably, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

We Roof Philly team did a really nice job on my "new" old house: flat & shingle styles. Clean craftsmanship, nice people, tidied up each day. VERY reasonable cost and each repair was explained & photographed. I feel very secure and look forward to rain and snow! Altogether, this is a great business to work with. I recommend them with gusto.

I have used this company twice for 3 different projects. First one was a small shed roof that 2 previous roofers fail to fix the leaks. We Roof came out and put a new roof on for me. After it rained there was some leaking around the vent pipe out of the roof. I called them back and they cane out the next day and fixed it, and I never had another leak. Its been 3 years and that work is still leak free. I just had them come back out to replace the main roof of the same property and replace half the roof of another property on the same street. Both those roofs look great. I had no leaks on the one roof but it was in bad shape so I had them replace it. The other roof was in fact leaking in front down the inside wall. I will need to wait for a heavy rain to see if the leak has stopped but I am confident the new roof and adjusted drainage they did will resolve the issue. So far I an pleased with their work and the level of service I received. Steve is very personable and was very patient with all my concerns and questions and explained everything very well. I would def recommend this company and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. They have a standard 15 year warrantee and come out every 3 years to inspect which is awesome. A bonus for me was the woman on the crew up on the roof! Highly recommend!

They came highly recommended. I called, left a msg and they promptly returned my call. Quickly came to inspect, submitted proposed work to be done via paperwork, warranty detail & pricing details. We then scheduled the work to be done. They arrived promptly within 2 days with crew who worked steadily until the job was complete. Afterwards, they cleaned up, hauled off all debris and did a final inspection. Pricing was competitive but favorable above other companies compared to the work proposed.
