One phone and an immediate response they came and repaired the job. The two young gentleman that perform the job was knowledgeable and professional they completed the task it looks great. Pricing a little costly but I am please with the job. Money well spent.

Very efficient and professional service. I had to have emergency service due to a severe leak caused by ice buildup on my roof. They understood the urgency, explained everything that needed to be done, removed all the ice that same afternoon I called, and I had my new roof installed by noon the next day. I highly recommend Union Roofing and would absolutely use their service again!

I cannot say enough good things about Union Roofing. I needed emergency service for a leaking roof, and from the very first phone call to the completion of the work, the entire experience was exceptional. When I called, I was extremely anxious and overwhelmed. Michelle answered the phone and immediately put me at ease. She handled my panic with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. By the end of the call, I even apologized for how scattered I was, and she reassured me that it was completely understandable and not to worry. She arranged for a crew to be at my home by 7:00 AM the very next morning, which was such a relief during a stressful situation. Bryan and his team arrived right on time at 7 AM. Bryan took the time to look at the interior leak first and then thoroughly inspected the roof. He explained exactly what was going on, walked me through the options, and made sure everything was clear before any work began. We moved forward with snow removal and a full roof replacement with vents, and the team immediately got to work. The crew was professional, respectful, and considerate - not only of my property but also of my neighbors’. The job was handled efficiently and carefully, with no issues or complaints at all. Throughout the process, Bryan kept me informed, took photos of the work being done, and showed them to me so I could fully understand what was happening. He also offered to speak directly with my insurance adjuster if needed, which I truly appreciated. The cost was a bit pricey, but overall I am very satisfied with the service; you truly get what you pay for. What could have been a very stressful experience was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. I had a shingle roof installed at the beginning of December and noticed several problems with the installation from the start. Some of the shingles were not installed properly, and there were areas where roof shingles were missing. I was also charged an additional $1,000 to apply roofing cement and tape the rear of the roof, but they only applied roofing cement to about half of the area and did not use any tape at all. They also installed a rubber roof pitched in the opposite direction of the drain. I brought these issues to the workers’ attention, but they did not speak English and told me to call the supervisor, Jimmy. He promised that all of the issues would be fixed. This company prides itself on being professional, but I experienced nothing but unprofessionalism. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for the issues to be resolved.

I initially reached out to Union as they were a recent client of mine. Doing my due diligence, I also had 3 other companies come in for a quote. I ended up choosing them for several reasons. From the beginning, Jack made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and expertise of the roofing industry. We had many questions that he patiently answered. The reviews this family owned business had were excellent. We felt that Union Roofing had the knowledge and the capabilities needed to execute this project. No funny business , no hidden fees. Jack was upfront about every aspect His crew was hardworking , prompt and cleaned up - even putting all of our landscape lights back in their proper places! Jack was here with his crew each day / making sure all was right! This was a professional crew led by a professional! I would highly recommend Union Roofing. We have a very large roof and it looks gorgeous !

They did a good job coating our existing roof with the Silver Coat Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating. The before and after pictures shows the difference. The roofers started out nice but we noticed that our drain spout came loose. We are waiting to see if they will come back out to put it back.

I called and they were out the next day. Everything was explained to me and all the documents I requested was provided. The crew who came out worked fast and cleaned up behind themselves. I had a roof replacement and new drain spout installed. Only caveat I asked for an estimate for siding and didn’t get it, and the gentleman projected impatience with me around some request and my timeline. That was bothersome but due to me dealing with an injury that day and having to go to urgent care I couldn’t focus on the addressing the demeanor.

Frank and crew (Nelson and Jose) were awesome! They replaced my roof and skylight quickly and with quality materials. They didn’t leave any mess behind. I noticed after the job was done there was a scratch on the skylight glass and they replaced that promptly and well. Highly recommend!!

I am getting a new roof installed by Frank at Union Roofing today. He is great and very nice to talk to. He came out to assess the problems after my call and gave me a quote. We agreed to the price and he had his guys within a couple of days. I asked him to take before and after pictures of the progress and he texted them to me right away.
