The Top Tier Roofing team did an amazing job on my rowing home's porch roof. Bobby was upfront with the cost, scope, and what to expect. The process was the least stressful & honest contracting experience I have ever had from start to finish. In addition, he was able to help me find a carpenter for some of the additional wood work I needed for my porch. Bonus points for having an awesome office team, and also being patient/professional with questions my neighbors had. I'll be use Top Tier Roofing again for my next project, and can't recommend them enough.
I called Top Tier Roofing after hours on a Friday night with a major leak in my ceiling from all the snow. I received a call back from Shane within 5-10 minutes, and he scheduled an appointment to come give me an estimate the next day. I am beyond thrilled with the job that Shane and his crew did replacing my two roofs and adding gutters. This was a job that required a lot of work and Top Tier had it completed in two days. Shane was awesome and worked his magic to keep the cost down as much as he could. I would highly recommend Top Tier Roofing. They truly value their customers and work with you to provide you with the best price. Give them a call....you won't be disappointed!
Being someone who has worked in commercial roofing and is now in the Piledriver’s union I take extreme pride in my work and doing good work. They do amazing work and they are extremely professional about it. I have zero complaints about inquires to get a quote for the roof, communications about when they are coming out, and communication with the workers who put our new roof on. I will only be using them for any repairs or maintenance from now on. 10/10
Top Tier Roofing is one of those rare companies that really stands behind its commitment to the job. In full transparency, there was some original work that needed to be redone and Bobby responded diligently and conscientiously to make sure everything was handled immediately and correctly. He came out to look at everything personally and the work was scheduled within days. From my first contact with Maureen at the front desk to the two roofers (Austin and Malik) who came out, to Bobby, I have appreciated this company’s responsiveness, professionalism, and care. If you need roof work done, I recommend Bobby and Top Tier Roofing wholeheartedly.
I found them on google and read the reviews and called them the guy was very honest with me about my roof and didn’t just take my money he was very upfront and communicated with everything and every step of the way they came out early and was finish with in a very good time I would recommend them to everyone if I could thanks again for your honesty thanks for fixing and helping with what someone else messed up we can’t thank you enough Shanica and Karlos
I highly recommend choosing Top Tier Roofing for your next project. I called them on a Tuesday, they came and checked the roof the next day and came out the following Monday to complete the job. It only took them one day to completely replace the roof and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Additionally, they were very responsive to all of the questions that I asked about the job, warranties, etc. I will be contacting them in the future for all of my roofing needs.
New year, New roof. I was tired of patching it up every few years and was dealing with the problem again after this last snow storm. I met Sean, one of the point men of Top Tier Roofing who went up to check it while there was snow on the ground. He gave me a price that was very reasonable for a complete replacement job. A few weeks past, they came out to finished the job but left some trash on my neighbor's side and some on my deck roof. I mentioned it to them that night and the next day they came by to clean it up. Apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned that if I have any problems don't hesitate to call them. I'm now good for at least 15 year guaranteed. Peace of mind... Thanks Austin, Mike, Sean and the other guys who worked on the job that day from Top Tier Roofing. The roof looks great!
Had a roof replacement completed. They did a great job. Bobby and Shawn both kept me in the loop and provided updates throughout. They arrived on time, came prepared, and ready to start. Bobby was great with answering my questions which gave me clarity on process given the fact I had not had this type of work completed prior. Would recommend to others needing roof work from the basic to complex. Thank you Top Tier.
We used Top Tier Roofing to replace our roof. We called on a Wednesday and had our roof replaced by Monday. They could sense our urgency for our repair and they made a way to do the job quickly. Compared to other companies the cost was very reasonable.

They fit me into their schedule the same week, secured the required Philadelphia permit the same day, and walked me through every step clearly. Communication was excellent — honest, direct, and respectful throughout. Bobby told me there was no expectation to pay until the job was done and they lived up to that promise. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient, and the finished roof looks fantastic. While I hope not to need another roofing job anytime soon, I’d gladly work with Top Tier Roofing again and recommend them without hesitation.
they say, “when it rains, it pours.” last month’s heavy rain exposed even more problems in my “renovated” home. after only 4 years in, I had to fully replace the roof. I hated having to do this and glad top tier did their best to not pile on. top tier was thoroughly communicative from the initial quote* to the completion of the project. I appreciated the consideration taken to avoid any potential additional water damage by rescheduling around bad weather forecast. It was also super helpful to receive photo updates at every stage of the work. with appreciation, I hope to never see y’all again 🫶🏿* the price was the price. other contractors quoted me 1/2 for 1/8 of the work. I did what the sellers should have done 😒 *edit - I just read the fine print that states that I have to have the roof serviced every 3 years or the 15 year guarantee will be void.
We have a three story house with a deck on the front. My son’s room under the deck has had a leak for years. After having multiple roofers seal up different areas in and around the deck, the leak was not resolved. After a major rain storm we got a recommendation from a friend to call Top Tier. They came out the next day, found multiple issues with our roof and replaced it in a day. They explained everything they were doing and provided before and after pics of their work. They are professional, knowledgeable and very tidy (after they left you wouldn’t even have known they were there). I would highly recommend them!!!
My roof has had issues with ponding water due to an incorrect pitch, and after it recently developed a leak I wanted to correct the underlying issue. I spoke to a number of roofers who only wanted to put another layer on top of the existing roof, but Top Tier wanted to actually fix the problem. They proposed removing the existing roof where it was leaking, installing tapered insulation, adding a second drain to affected area, and then installing new granulated torch down over the entire roof. Additionally, I decided to have the siding on that wall replaced to eliminate all potential sources of water getting into the house. From the start Sean was on top of the entire process. He showed up on time, sent the estimate the next day, answered all of my questions, and had the job scheduled within a few weeks. The roofing crew was awesome – they got the job done quickly, cleaned everything up, and were respectful of the neighbors. When the siding crew came the following week they discovered significant damage to the framing and sheathing. I was concerned because of how bad some of the damage was but they came up with a plan and went straight to work getting everything repaired. The mark of a great contractor is how they deal with the unexpected once a job starts, and Top Tier went above and beyond. The new roof and siding look amazing and the quality of work is top notch. Pricing for the job was incredibly fair, especially with the additional framing and repairs. I can’t recommend Top Tier enough, if you need a new roof make sure to give them a call.
