They were easy to work with, prompt with responses & did an amazing, professional job for way less than the other company quoted (We got quotes from 3 other companies). Everything was explained to us. The quote was very detailed. We weren't in communication with a sales person, we actually spoke to someone who knew roofing & could answer all of our questions. They were able to complete an entire roof break down & install in 1 day. Would recommend & will definitely do business with in the future.

I had Spannato Roofing replace my roof and detached garage roof. I had many estimates, however from the moment I met Neal the initial handshake and hello I immediately knew Spannato Roofing would be doing the work. Neal spent the time to explain the whole process no matter what my questions were. Prior to the roof being replaced I kept I touch with Neal and within minutes Neal would respond back. During the day the work was done Mr. Spannato and the crew showed up and I was immediately greeted with a handshake and smile. I can honestly say when Spannato Roofing left for the day my property was cleaner than; before they arrived. Mr. Spannato spent the entire day cleaning and keeping the site organized and clean, the crew was efficient and professional throughout the process. When all work was done another complete walk around was completed. If you need roof work do not hesitate to call Spannato Roofing I can assure you will be completely satisfied. Neal Senior and his crew just finished working on my roof this afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this business. They promptly responded to me (Neal Junior is such a friendly person to speak to). They quickly sent two people to my house to look at my roof and see what needed to be done. I explained to Neal that I needed a work order drawn up so that I could submit it to my Home Owner's Insurance Company to prove to them that I was working on the problem and he got right on it. They worked around my schedule and before I knew it, my roof job was completed. Neal Sr. is a pleasant and easy person to talk to as well (I guess that's where his son got it from). They were professional from beginning to end. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up afterwards and took pictures of their work as they went along so that I can submit them to my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. What a wonderful business to deal with!!

Neil, his family, and crew were communicative and flexible throughout my silicon roof replacement process. Price is reasonable and everything is itemized in the quote so you know to expect if they find issues during replacement - no surprises. They were also very clean - I had to do little-to-no clean up afterward. Would definitely recommend Spennato Family Roofing.
I can’t say enough good things about Spennato Roofing. After getting three quotes (Union, Philadelphia Quality Roofing, and Spennato), the difference was night and day. The first company was a complete red flag — overpriced, tried to convince me I could do an overlay when I clearly needed a full tear-off down to the decking, and even showed up to my house with two trucks of workers ready to start that same morning… for a “free estimate.” It felt rushed and uncomfortable. The second company was better, but still didn’t compare. From the moment Neal answered the phone, Spennato was on a completely different level. The customer service was top-tier. He took the time to explain everything, educate me on what was actually needed, and made sure I understood the process. No pressure, just honesty and professionalism. On top of that, their price was more reasonable than the others — and the quality of work speaks for itself. The crew was efficient, respectful, and the finished roof looks amazing. Recently dealing with a foot of snow and a new a roof leak, I had a friend refer me to Spennato Family Roofing. Couldn’t be any happier with my decision to make that phone call.They responded quickly to get out to my house. After doing a roof assessment, sharing the pictures they took during the assessment , and discussing all my options, I decided to do a full roof replacement. Neil was very detailed in explaining the scope of work and was great to deal with throughout the process. Him and his team did a really nice job. Highly recommended.

From my first encounter on the phone to a completed job yesterday I thank Neal, his Dad and crew. After speaking to several contractors, I decided to use Spennato Family Roofing for these reasons: After looking at my roof, Neal sent me a 3 page estimate explaining every step of the work to be done. By far, his was the most detailed estimate I received, along with pictures of my roof. The company is an A+ member of the Better Business Bureau, which was an important consideration for me. In his estimate , he provided me his licensing number and detailed his insurance without my having to ask. I had a list of follow up questions and Neal responded to them promptly. He took the time to explain to me that until they remove the layers of roofing and inspect the decking, they cannot assess what might need to be replaced. In his estimate he gave me detailed pricing for those items. Their pricing for their quality work was good. Yesterday, Spennato Family Roofing replaced my roof and installed new shingles on the pent wall. They arrived at 7:30AM and other than a short lunch break, worked hard to complete the job. Several of my neighbors remarked how hard the crew worked. They took pictures and kept me informed about what they were doing and why. Their cleanup was great and I believe I made the right decision to use Spennato Family Roofing. They are an experienced, professional, courteous Family business that cares about their customers. What ab amazing experience. Referred to me by another treasured acquaintance, Neal and his team were quick to quote and but for the rainy weather we were having, jumped right in and he and the team completed the project in fine form, going just a tad over estimate as there was a great deal they had to repair and a few things for doing a great project! Neal and team are a very kind, thorough and extremely hardworking crew that does great roofing work and I highly recommend them. My roof repair was particularly complicated because my home is 200 years old and I learned after a major leak that I not only had to replace the roof but reframe several rooms underneath it and reroute some piping. All this took months to sort out and Neal corresponded with me patiently and helpfully over that entire journey! My roof also ended up also being 7 layers to..excavate..and the crew worked tirelessly over two days to rip and replace it. They also made my skylight dreams come true. It’s been over a month of almost non stop rain and the roof has drained perfectly (and no leaks!!). I’m really grateful for Neal, his dad and crew for the work they did to help restore my home!
We got estimates from several different companies. We ultimately decided to go with Spennato because their price was right in the middle of all the estimates we received and the response time was great. They provide photos with the estimate. Neil Jr. answered all my questions in a timely manner and was patient and pleasant to work it. They were able to get my roof done with in a week of me accepting their quote. I got a new re-roof of a flat roof, eaves drain box, new skylight and aluminum capping. Their price was reasonable and work was done in just a few hours. The work was done by a crew of 2 with Neil Sr. here as well. They provided after photos prior to receiving payment which really puts your mind at ease being able to see the work you’re paying for. I would recommend Spennato Family Roofing!
Spennato family Roofing did such an exceptional job . They will not disappoint you . Neil was very professional and helpful from the beginning to the end. He scheduled our roof to be done pretty fast. We developed a leak last winter . Thanks to Neil and his team no need to worry this winter! They also left the job site spotless. Even our neighbors commented on how well they cleaned up the area after they were done. I would highly recommend the Spennato family for any roofing needs .
