This is a horrible company. I bought my house in 2020 with a roof and skylight done by Virelli Roofing company in 2019. It came with a 10 year warranty. In 2021 I had a leak in the skylight and the roof. I called and a guy came to take a look and said they will have to come back another time to fix. But they never came back. I called and called many times, emailed many times. I even offered to pay for the fixes while it was under warranty. They ignored. What good is a warranty when the company never acknowledged. Eventually I paid another roofer to fix the leaks. Now two years later in February 2024, there is another leak. What a horrible company. I would give it ZERO star, don't issue any warranty if you simplify ignored it.
D A Virelli Roofing completed work on my roof today Wednesday July 31, 2019 and I must say that I'll recommend them to any family or friends who are in need of roofing work. They were very professional and very sociable. Low and behold as soon as the roofers left my home it started raining and for the first time in years there are no leaks. D A Virelli Roofing Company definitely gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me and I'll most definitely be referring your company to anyone in need of roofing work..
