Dear Roofworks Construction Company LLC, Thank you so much! Your work crew is extremely professional. They arrived at the work sight, on time, and went straight to work. The crew was well coordinated. Each worker knew their responsibility and they worked efficiently as a team. My new roof and skylight were completely installed in about three hours. After the job was done the crew cleaned up and removed all the debris resulting from the construction. I am pleased that I found Roofworks Construction Company online and contracted their services. I gave Roofworks Construction a call to solve my skylight issues and the first thing I noticed about them was how polite and knowledgeable they were. It was very convenient to be able to send pictures of my skylight via text - and receive a quote same day. This company is one of the better ones in Philadelphia.
Wonderful experience with them doing a removal and replacement of my roof! They came out within a day of calling to provide an estimate (later that same day) which was very thorough and well priced. When it came to installing the new roof, some weather delayed the actual work, but they were communicative throughout and quickly answered any and all questions. The install also went incredibly well, even in the cold! They went beyond expectations with communicating every step of the way and even replacing the downspouts, then providing ample photos of both during and after the replacement. While the current roof has just been installed, I definitely plan to work with them again for any futher roofing needs.
This is the second time we used Roof Works. First was back in 2015 when they put on a new roof and we were very pleased with the job. They showed when they said but more importantly, they gave us an incredibly good price. They came out again today because we had water leaking into the living room and into the basement. We're senior citizens now and our finances are very different. Derrick Altimari, the owner, said for us not to worry; that he would work with us. Again, they showed up when they said and did an excellent job. They came out right away because precipitation is expected this weekend. The price wasn't just perfect, but they agreed to work with us. A problem was put out of our minds thanks to Roof Works. I highly recommend this company without reservation.
Great work, great crew, great price. I called Roof Works Construction when I needed to fix shoddy partially-completed work for the trim/fascia on my house that was performed by another contractor. When I first spoke to Derrick I let him know that I was worried, because the prior contractor’s work looked flimsy and there was an open section where water could get in if it rained. Clearly sensing my concern, Derrick made a special effort to come to my home quickly. He explained how he would make things right and he said he could put me on the schedule right away. The crew arrived on time and took care of things in just a few hours. This included removing the inferior work done by my prior contractor and installing all new fascia and capping. The crew was courteous and neat and took photos to show exactly what was done. The price was very fair -- I had gotten other estimates and Derrick’s was by far the best. I am relieved to have finally found an honest, reputable roofer who truly cares about delivering good customer service. If you’re looking for a roofer, save yourself some time and money and call Roof Works, which deserves a high recommendation.
