Outstanding service! I hired Shawn to professionally install my Starlink system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was clean, secure, and done with great attention to protecting my roof. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend!

Very unprofessional experience. I am the seller’s realtor, and for over a week I have been requesting a roof certificate that is required by contract. I explained multiple times that an invoice is not sufficient and that a roof certificate is specifically required. I was told that once the invoice was marked paid, the certificate would be provided, but that never happened. Both myself and the buyer’s realtor reached out multiple times with no resolution. This is especially frustrating considering the seller paid $1,000 and still did not receive the required documentation. Due to the lack of communication and failure to provide the roof certificate, I now had to pay another roofing company to come out and complete a new inspection. This caused unnecessary delays and additional costs. I would not recommend this company if you need professional service or proper documentation.

Had wind damage to flashing and needed regular maintenance on roof. Shawn fit me into his schedule on the same day damage was noticed. Very professional and fair. I highly recommend rooftop warriors for all of your needs.

Rooftop Warriors has given me a beautiful new deck and enhanced my outdoor space. They went above and beyond in problemsolving and customizing their product to our needs. We also love the Vubamac installation in the yard. Quality workmanship and their personal integrity is on display here, and worth the price. Call them!

Highly recommend Rooftop Warriors. My wife and I have used him for multiple projects in the past including having to replace a mold/dry rotted exterior wall. He was very detailed on his time line and process. Offered a great price and gave me a ton of updates and pictures during the construction. My wife and I are very pleased with our services and will continue to use Rooftop Warriors in the future.

Im writing this review for others to be aware of how this company works. I’m gonna list a few things here. First, I will say he was very flexible to try and come on weekends as my job is not super flexible. That being said, the job was not done in one day. The job consisted of replacing my railing and adding some supports under my deck. While these items were completed, Shawn decided to power wash my deck as a courtesy and damaged it in the process. I attached a few photos but my entire deck has chunks missing and it’s scratched all over. He tried to blame it on the deck being older but later agreed he was unaware that the deck shouldn’t have been power washed after he called the company to confirm. (You can see in the screenshot messages I attached). As a professional, I trust that the contractor hired is fully educated on the specialty they claim to be trained in. He agreed to replace the boards (25 out of 35) which I agreed to. You can again see that I was willing to accept that in the attached messages. Well, let’s just say this was 6 months ago and it’s still not done. He later refused to do it and said his “manager” would come take a look. Manager also agreed the damage was on them and the boards would be replaced (see attached messages). Coincidentally, he no longer works there and I have still not received a response from Shawn. You can also see his aggressive tone and cursing when I was being kind and patient. I don’t need to say much more on all that as the proof is in the attachments as well as in his response to other bad reviews. He will try to say I haven’t paid the remainder of the work he did do however, he was made aware twice as was the manager that I never received another link to pay the remainder. Additionally, he spoke with me about a previous customer who sued him in court and said all types of unprofessional things about her. If I would’ve heard this prior to the job being started, I wouldn’t have had him do the job. Plus made comments about Hispanics, how he likes thicker women, and talking poorly about another roofing company. Smoking cigs on my deck with my back door open, taking countless smoke breaks, lack of communication, etc. All unprofessional. Let’s also add that he had his girlfriend come into my house without my permission & I walked into my living room to find no contractors in my house but a random woman standing there. Anyway, I’ll be filing in small claims court. My suggestion would be to find an alternative contractor and save yourself the possible headache.

I'd highly recommend Rooftop Warriors for their knowledgeability, professionalism, quick responses, good pricing, and friendliness throughout the scheduling and building process! I contacted Shawn looking to install a composite deck in my back yard. Due to the uneven concrete and how shallow the yard was compared to the back door, it seemed like there wasn't a solution other than fixing the concrete. Shawn was the only contractor to offer a different solution, installing resin rock, a flat permeable rock material. It worked like a gem and turned out looking so great! It was a fraction of the cost of digging up concrete and building a deck and they were able to finish it in one day! Shawn was very responsive and quick to add the job to his schedule. He had just been certified on laying this material and we were excited to be his first project. For everyone in the city with an uneven backyard, Shawn is your guy!

Awesome service and efficient! Very straightforward and to the point. Shawn had his team take care of our roof and was very flexible with our schedule. He also helped us with a an issue he found with our chimney! Would give a 6 but was only allowed 5 stars.
