The roof over my front door was atack by a raccoon who literally tore off the shingles and the wood under it, from the inside you could see the sky. A previous roofer replaced my former slate roof with those shingles instead of replacing the few broken pieces of slate. In a frenzy I found Roofing Restoration Specialist and Roman answered the phone. He calmed me down and when he found out what the problem was he proceeded to tell me he could come out that day to look at it. When he arrived and assessed the damage, he gave me several options. I chose to have all of the shingles removed, the wood replaced and slate installed. I was so impressed with the presentation of the work scope that I decide to spend the money and have that work done along with all the fascia and capping done at the top of the house. Roman emailed me the contract which was very specific in the details of the work and the time table to complete the work and pictures. The process for making the deposit and accepting the contract was easy. My brother and I were so impressed with his arriving when he said he would and completing the work as promised that we made arrangements that day have our top roof done as to Roman's suggestions. The work is pristine and we are above pleased. Our house looks beautiful. He included pictures of the before and after and it was like night and day. My immediate next door neighbor that our steps are connecting to each other, contracted and had roofing work done on her house as well. A few days ago my 77 year old bother called because the roof on the family home was leaking. Again I called Roofing Restoration Specialist and it was Roman to the rescue in a few days major restoration work done to precision. I am a believer that you pay for what you get. This was money well spent on both properties. I will continue to use and recommend them to everyone who needs excellent work done on their properties.
