Reached out to Riley Roofing on Monday regarding a leaky bay window at our seasonal trailer in Cape Island Resort, and Mark had everything sealed and addressed by Friday — only four days later. The communication throughout the process was stellar, and you can immediately tell he operates with a high sense of urgency and professionalism. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually follows through quickly and keeps you informed every step of the way. Mark and his crew are the best! If I could leave 10 stars I would. We have been dealing with a leaky roof for MONTHS. Had a few people look at it and never figured it out. Mark and his crew finally solved it! The work is great, communication even better, follow ups to ensure a good job, and most importantly just a nice person. Super considerate and kind, even my dog was a huge fan! If you have any roofing needs hit up Riley , you will be happy that you did!
I had a great experience with Riley Roofing after having a leak from all the snow it was time to get my roof done I would highly recommend Mark Riley and Riley Roofing easy communication showed up on time and responded right away to any questions. Great reasonable price I got a few estimates some were ridiculously overpriced. Mark follows up and made sure I was happy and made the experience as painless as possible.
I had a major ice dam on one side of my eaves due to the extreme cold from snow we got on Sunday. I contacted Mark by text on the chance that he could fit me in to take it down that was 6pm on a Friday nite and at 700pm his worker Frankie showed up and put up a ladder and took off the dam did some chopping in gutter and checked both front downspouts till the weather breaks. I have had a lot of people do work on my home and this ranks right up there with only 1 or 2 other contractors I currently use. I highly recommend him and he sets the bar high for the other guys...they are no match. Let me be clear this was an emergency call to a client he never did work for previously . Hands down superb!!!!

From the very first conversation, Mark was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with every step. The work itself was top-notch—done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the job site was left clean when everything was finished. Showed up to exactly when they said. It’s clear that Mark takes a lot of pride in his company and stands behind the quality of his work. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, Riley Roofing is the way to go. Had the pleasure of working with Riley Roofing when they inspected and repaired/installed a new roof for us. They were very punctual for both the initial inspection and the install, and efficiently used their time to complete all work, finishing right around the time they said they would. Would definitely hire them again.
Great roofing company! They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out the next day, gave me a reasonable quote, and within a week they were ready to work on my new roof and skylight! Took about a half day and it was done. Everything looks great, clean, they even cleaned up around the house and neighbor's property to make sure no trash and crumbs were left behind.
Update 07/2025: The roof has been great since it was installed. The original issue is completely resolved. But fast forward and new construction has gone up next door in what had been a vacant lot. We had been really concerned they were going to damage our roof, and last night noticed a spot on the ceiling in our bedroom. I had so much anxiety we wouldn’t get someone out to have a look before there was more rain. Riley Roofing was at my home within 2 hours to asses the situation, and found the problem area. I cannot recommend Riley Roofing enough. 03/2024: Had a great experience with Riley Roofing. I had a re-roof with another roofer Jan 2021 which ended up not fixing my original leak and creating a new one. I finally gave up on that roofer and spent several months getting estimates and Mark seemed like the best option. He was very responsive, clearly explained what he would do, and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable trusting him to do a complete tear off and reinstall for my roof. Mark helped me to understand how these roofs function and why mine was failing. His team was great. Everyone was so nice and professional. I’d been nervous with the heavy rain about a week after they did the roof, but the work was clearly solid. Would highly recommend Riley Roofing.

Mark and his team were very professional and got my roof repaired in a timely manner. He provided me with pictures once the job was done, they also cleaned up everything. The price he quoted me was fair. Highly recommended.
We just had a new roof put on by Riley Roofing, from start to finish the process was a breeze. Mark was able to send someone to take a look at our roof after we described some of our concerns, that same day he explained what he thought the problem could be, talked us through a couple options, answered our questions and gave us estimates. A few days later he and his team came out to work on our roof and he kept us updated all day and provided photos too. He even checked in to make sure all was okay after a heavy rain. Really pleased we went with Riley Roofing and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
Mark and his crew were professional and respectful of our family needs. Punctual, showed up on time, ready to work with his crew. He took the day, also took all the scrap and rotting wood to dispose of. He showed before and after pictures-- we have a 2 year old and it was not at all a bother to have them work on the roof.
