I recently got a new roof and silver coating on porch and shed. Richard provided clear communication and prompt updates and was accommodating in regards to additional requests. The workers were very professional and did a great job of cleanup after they were through. Richard was then able to send photos of the completed job for inspection.
I called about a roof leak that was being caused by a side drain. Rich came out, diagnosed it, and fixed it the same day. Rich and his crew are top-notch, honest people who do amazing work. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone needing roof work.
There is always a risk not knowing which company to use when you have a large expensive repair project like a roof. My Grandson recommended Hammond to me who he found out about through contacts that he knew. I am grateful to my Grandson for this. I liked Matthew Hammond from day one when he came out to give an estimate. I found him refreshing. Unlike some of the aggressive salespeople I`ve encountered. I found Matthew to be refined, low keyed and genuine. He explained in detail what needed to be done to correct the problem. There had been some complications with my roof that caused severe leak problems. Matthew`s solution was clever. I now have a beautiful new roof with no problems. The work crew were organized, thorough, conscientious, paying attention to small detail. They are the only Roof Company I would ever use.
I did a lot of homework before making this purchase. Hammond Roofing was the most professional and most reasonable out of the 4 others I called. Rich always called back and helped me understand my choices and best color to use. His guys were great. They showed up on time and finished the entire job in 1 day. They were super clean when done. Every neighbor has told me how nice the roof came out. I have been telling everyone to give Hammond Roofings a call. I am so happy I made the right choice. I plan to use Hammond Roofing again on my other property. Thanks!
My experience with Richard Hammond Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. I had some storm and wind damage to my siding and received a quick response time. Richie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The team did a phenomenal job ! This is my second time I have used Richard Hammond Roofing and I highly recommend them.
I wish I could leave ten five-star reviews. Richard and his team have helped my wife and me in so many ways from roof inspection and repairs, to help with siding repair, to fixing our leaky roof and repairing our gutters, to even giving us recommendations for other repairs in our house, based on his own experiences and connections. The team is prompt and reliable, skilled and thorough, pleasant and professional. They're always following up to make sure we're pleased with their service, and we are always more than pleased. I recommend Hammond Roofing to anyone looking for quality roof replacement and repair. Thank you for always being there. It's a comfort to know you're always a phone call away!
