I had a problem roof that my GC was not qualified to work on. Months after the rehab, it was leaking. Even after multiple attempts to get them to make it right, the roof was failing. I called Ralphie's Roofing in an emergency situation and they were able to come right away the next day. How refreshing to work with a professional! They gave photos of the inspection and explained the issues thoroughly. They did the work and now I have a reliable roof with a 15-yr warranty. Appreciate the quality work and clear communication! Highly recommend Ralphie's Roofing.
Ralph responded very quickly, gave us a great price and fixed my roof the very next day. Easiest roofer I ever dealt with, he showed me pictures of what needed repairing. He showed me pictures of the finished work and we couldn't be happier. He explained in detail what he did and gave me options before he started any work, no pressure what so ever. Ralphie's roofing is now my first call when I need a roofer, no question about it!!!
One of the Best experience our family has had dealing with a home contractor. Ralphie Roofing and his team were professional and detailed about their site preparation and execution of the work. They arrived early and completed the roofing installation with cleanup, returning the yard back to perfect condition. Not only an outstanding estimate to include drone shots but, also pricing that could not be beat.
We had our roof recoated and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and completed the job efficiently. The roof looks great, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. Thanks again Ralphie’s Roofing.
I give Ralphie’s Rolfing roofing company five stars. Here are a few reasons my roof leak started January 10. I called Ralphie roofing January 11 meanwhile he was on a getaway with his family January 12. He came out for the free estimate January 17. The job was completed. Great customer service excellent work very professional very respectful. They cleaned up behind themselves. I didn’t have to pick up anything when he said he will be here 7 AM. He was there. The job was complete with today’s implement weather. They started before the storm and they completed and the job was done after the storm. They didn’t take no breaks. I will recommend this company to any in every person Ralphie company here are your flowers while you guys can still smell them. Thank you again
