Primo Roofing and Siding

Primo is my go-to roofer. Four years ago when I had a leak, Joe advised me to repair vs replace the roof (he was the only roofer of three I called who came out and gave me a thoughtful estimate that considered repair vs immediately jumping to replacing it). The repair has held up for four years and counting! Most recently, I had Primo come out to inspect my roof for vulnerabilities after my nextdoor neighbor experienced a wildlife intrusion through her roof vent. I was concerned my roof might wind up the animal's next target, since I have the same style vent. Joe and his team went up on the roof and told me my vent is completely sealed, took pictures of it, and reassured me I don't need to do anything to safeguard it. They easily could have told me I needed work when I didn't, but they handled the situation in an honest, ethical way! Would definitely recommend them.

Joe and his team at Primo are first class! From customer service, to great communication, and ultimately fixing my siding issue almost immediately, they are simply the best. These guys want to do a good job at a fair price. Im a forever customer after my first experience with the team.

I’m in the process of getting estimates. I wish I would've had the opportunity to write a positive review (the guy drives the same truck as my father) :-) The only pleasant experience I had with Primo Roofing was the 1st phone call. Should’ve known it wasn’t going to work out but, I didn’t remember who they were because he said he coming around 3 weeks go. I was elated because they supposedly do roofing and siding. I need both. I’ve never gotten an estimate where the roofer stood across the street on the neighbors lawn to look on my roof. He said my house was big and his ladder was only 33ft and asked was there a window he could climb out of. He came to give an estimate but he had to come back with his worker. Huh? He asked me how much money I had and argued with me about writing an estimate and I might not be able to afford it (that’s when I zoned out.) He asked why I didn’t have the roofer I had previously used to do my roof. The whole thing was just really weird.

I highly recommend this roofing company! They are currently working on re-coating my roof and have been doing an outstanding job. The team is extremely professional and detail-oriented—they carefully sealed every visible penetration before applying the new coating, showing great attention to detail. They’ve also been very responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I’ve had along the way. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of what they do. I’m very pleased with their service!

I work for a property management company and I have been working with Primo for a couple of years now, and I can tell you that they are very professional and efficient. We never received a call back after they complete the job. Primo has A1 service and I highly recommend them. I also used them for my mother house and they did an amazing job. My mother said they showed up on time, completed the new roof and made sure to cleaned up after finishing. No more rain showers in her house. Hahaha

Primo roofing is the best! I had a leak in my roof which resulted in the garage sheet rock collapsing. Called primo roofing and they came out immediately provided a fair quote (I got 2 others to compare) and within a week or maybe less I had a brand new roof! What amazed me is their attention to detail and clean up. I have 2 dogs so nails were a big concern. The team couldn’t have been nicer and combed my lawn several times to ensure there was nothing left!
