Had two kitchens in a triplex remodeled. Great communication and quality of work. Completion took noticeably longer than was promised during the proposal, but overall very happy with the work. Would recommend and would likely go back for remaining projects.

What began as a stressful and overwhelming situation turned into an incredibly rewarding experience thanks to Philly House Services—and in particular, contractors Yotam and Zohar. From the very start, Yotam and Zohar demonstrated not only top-tier professionalism, but a rare combination of vision, precision, and care. They handled the project from demolition to the final finishes, and the results are nothing short of transformative. Our entire condo was remodeled with a modern, cohesive aesthetic, integrating clever design touches and functional upgrades throughout. The kitchen is now a standout centerpiece with sleek lines, custom cabinetry, and thoughtful lighting. The bathrooms were completely reimagined and now feel like high-end spa retreats—clean, modern, and incredibly well-crafted. Tom and his team are true professionals. I had water damage in multiple places through out the home. After the inspection, Tom drew up a clear quote for me. Once the work began, his team was extremely responsive and communicative - sharing photos and updates along the way. Tom took responsibility for any issues along the way and even sent someone at 8:30 pm to my house to explore the source of a leak that surfaced mid-project. I would highly recommend working with PHS and plan to use them for all future projects. Their expertise working with row homes, focus on customer service, and clear communication made the entire experience more manageable - not to mention, the work turned out beautiful!
