Philadelphia Quality Roofing has the best roofers. They’re very knowledgeable in their craft & also very professional & hardworking. I do have to mention & thank their administrative staff, Rebecca & Dawn, for all their help, patience & understanding throughout the process of the work that I had to have done to my roof. I had storm damage done to my roof recently & I’m definitely going to have Philadelphia Quality Roofing be the company to do the repairs. Thank you to each & every one of you.
I had my roof done by them 7 years ago and forgot to write a review then! But I had a small leak last week and when I called them, they immediately were able to find that I had been a customer. The woman I spoke to in the office was extremely helpful and reassuring. She was able to get two guys on my roof by the next afternoon. Communication around the timing was fantastic. The two roofers were professional and efficient. The online billing platform was extremely easy to use. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and will continue to use their services as needed!
I cannot express enough, how highly qualified Philadelphia quality roofing is. I just wanted to get my roof repainted. PQR answer the phone quickly and set up an appointment within the same week. As he stepped out onto the roof, he immediately noticed several issues that I would've never saw or understood. Not only did he give guidance on next steps, he also set me up with an attorneyto help with the roof issues that I had. All of this help is off the books. Philadelphia quality roofing just wanted me to have a proper roof. They didn't push me, or try to sell me on things. They just wanted what was best for me, my family in the home. If you go with another company, I guarantee you won't have the same experience I had. You're gonna run into a bunch of issues. 100% choose Philadelphia quality roofing. We had a number of contractors come out for our fiberglass roof replacement and ended up going with Tom and Philadelphia Quality Roofing. We were very happy with the decision. They were very thorough explaining the entire process, addressing issues that were discovered, and making sure the roof was rebuilt right and will last for years to come. I scheduled for a reroofing and they were able to come out next day. Even while there was snow everywhere. They arrived early at 8am shoveled my roof and completed the job. Cleaned up after themselves. Very nice and personable people. Would recommend if you need a reroofing.

Hello! This is Seema Rizwan, I’m using my daughter’s Gmail to review because my Gmail was giving me a bit of trouble while trying to log in. They were very professional and succinct. A crew got here early in the morning and were finishing up by the time I got back from work. The folks at PQR explained the process throughly and while they were inspecting, they took their time and pointed out all of the areas that would need work. The owner also stopped by near the end of the work to do a quality check and ensured everything was good to go. They worked with me and delivered quality service!

I called Philadelphia Quality Roofing to look into water I was getting in my basement in Fishtown. Pat and his team came out and worked with me and my neighbor to find the source of this water that 3 other roofers could not figure out. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process until they located the source and fixed my problem for good. There have been major storms since they completed their work and our basement has stayed dry through it all. They did not stop working with us until they solved our issue. The team was professional, communicative and fairly priced. I could not recommend their team and work more highly.

Tommy and his team did a fantastic job totally gutting and replacing my roof, roof deck, and pilot house. I had nothing but problems with it ever since I moved in. It leaked off and on for years, causing all sorts of stress and problems. I had lots of roofers look at it and try to fix it over the years but it continues to leak. It’s been several months since the team at PQR finished up the massive project of redoing the roof, pilot house door, siding, TPO roof, and raised roofdeck, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. The various teams each did a fantastic job - and they were relatively quick. If you’re looking for someone to fix your roof, siding, or roofdeck, Tommy and PQR are who you want.
