My roof completely blew off on Monday night due to a horrible rain storm. In less then 24 hours Pace Roofing came to my house and did an assessment. That same week on Friday they installed a new roof on my home. Price was reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional. They take cash and credit cards. I would definitely do business with them again!
What Can I Say About Pace Roofing, Well From The Start All The Guys Where Very Transparent With Me On What Could Be The Cause Of My Major Water Leak Issue, We Came To An Agreement On Replacing My Entire Porch Roof & Also The Siding On The Front & Sides Of My Home, Pace Roofing Also Replaced All The Old Aluminum Soffit Underneath My Porch Roof With New Updated Material, My Roof Leaked For What Seemed Like Eternity, I Have Had Several Companies Go Up On That Roof & Caulk & Add Cement & All Types Of Things Too No Avail But Trusted Pace To Finally Repair & Eliminate My Roofing Issues Once & For All, Pace Also Gave Me A 12 Year Warranty Which Gives Me Years Of Security. Im Officially Now Part Of The Pace Roofing Family!!!!!!
Sean and the team did a great job repairing and replacing my cornice. I had a family of birds move in and do some damage over the winter. Pace came out to give me a quote within the week and the work was done the next week. Super easy and reliable work with , let me know how much the work would be but also communicated due to the nature of the project their could be unexpected cost which was super helpful.
I just had my roof installed by Pace Roofing. I spoke with Ernie, the owner, for an estimate and was given one within a few days. I was able to approve the estimate and/ or make changes online. I had a few questions and Ernie answered them immediately. I was able to have the roof installed in a reasonable timeframe. The crew showed up a 7:00 am and were done the same day. They did a fabulous job. They left my property immaculate before they left. The roof looks terrific and I couldn’t be happier.
I recently had my roof repaired by Pace Roofing, and my contact person was CJ. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. CJ and his team did a great job. The pricing was very fair, and they showed up on time as promised. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They explained what needed to be done and completed the work efficiently. The job site was left clean and neat after the work was finished, which I really appreciated. Pace Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement. They removed and reinstalled my solar panels, added attic venting, removed an old heater exhaust, and repaired damaged plywood under the deck — all done quickly and at a fair price. The roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
Working with pace was a breeze. After 5 quotes a friend recommended them. They had a quote back to me in 30 minutes and were competitive with all my other quotes while using much better materials. Pace Roofing was professional from start to finish. If I had any questions, they were answered, QUICKLY. They (CJ, John and Ernie) were helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at each stage - from financing (YES!!! You can finance your new roof) to the final nail. It felt like I was talking with old friends rather than a company. The day after my new roof was installed, we had heavy rain. I was able to stand under my new sky light and listen to the rain, instead of watching it drip from the skylight! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Since I can't, I will instead recommend them to ANYONE who is looking to have their roof repaired/replaced!!!!
Pace did a terrific job repairing my multi-roof row home. They responded promptly to my initial call and scheduled the job right away. In addition, they returned the next day to finish power washing my steps and the pavement on both sides. I highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough great things about Pace Roofing. They truly went above and beyond for us. We had an ongoing roof issue right before the first major snowstorm, and they came out last minute and handled it quickly and professionally. With bad weather approaching, they understood the urgency and made it a priority — which gave us so much peace of mind. What meant the most to us was how they treated my elderly landlord. She doesn’t travel well, and they made it a point to drive an hour to the Northeast to meet with her in person, explain the work they planned to perform, and get her full approval before starting. That level of respect, patience, and professionalism is rare. They followed up afterward to make sure everything was good, and since the repair, we haven’t had a single leak. Reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring — I would absolutely recommend Pace Roofing to anyone who needs honest, quality work done.
I’ve completed a lot of roofing projects over my years as a Property Manager, from small row homes to complex commercial roofing, and I’m happy to say that my experience with PACE Roofing was top notch. They were quick to respond at every stage of the process and always honest. This was a smaller roofing project for me but they provided a very competitive price, excellent materials, and professional workers. I was lucky to see their depot and office space; this too was clean, neat, and organized. I can’t recommend them enough.
Pace Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. I was experiencing a small leak in an upstairs bedroom and they repaired my roof with a new layer of White Modified Bitumen. The crew worked hard to remove a thick layer of snow and ice from the roof before they could even get started. They do great work and offer an awesome warranty!
After a major snow storm Pace roofing returned my call immediately and responded with same day service as needed . Their price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. Since I don’t have access to my roof, they were diligent enough to take before and after pictures to show me the work that was done. I am more than satisfied and happy with Pace roofing and will be calling them in the spring for my annual check up and , will always refer them to others. Definitely a 5 star company!!!

This is the 2nd time I am using Pace roofing company. In my opinion and experiences over the years, they are the best . Ernie is a great guy with years of experience and knowledge. Several shingles were blown of my roof and the water started to settled in the interior of one of my bedroom. Ernie worked with my insurance company and get me a brand new roof. The new roof materials is better and more durable than the original shingles. Ernie is easy to talk to and a pleasure to be around. He makes you feel respected and treat you more than just a client. His staff were great and they all did an excellent job. I recommend Pace roofing to my family and friends.
Pace did work on our flat roof rowhome. They came out and did an estimate with their drone, fair price and work was scheduled the very next week. They showed up bright and early Monday morning and knocked out the work before lunch. We had a troublesome downspout that they took care of and put fresh coating on both our upper and lower roof. We’re very happy with the work and will be coming back to pace when we need maintenance or another issue comes up.
