Does good work and stands by it! After being very satisfied with the work he did replacing our siding we asked Fugarino roofing to replace the roof on a small addition. We had been unsuccessfully chasing a leak with DIY repairs needed a pro. He did a great job and it looked great. So imagine our surprise and frustration when the leak returned 9 months later. In the end it wasn’t due to the roof or his siding but it took a while to find that. Through the whole process Nick was communicative and never hesitated to come try to fix the issue. There’s probably other good roofers in Philly, but this is one that values his reputation and stands by his work. We all hope there will never be an issue, but things happen, so it’s good to know that the Nick will try to help anyway he can.

Nick was able to conduct a same day inspection and provide a fast roof replacement. He texted me roof pictures to show a clear understanding of the services. Also, the work guarantee gave me great reassurance.

We contacted Nick about an ongoing water issue in our home we believe was starting at the roof. He was able to give us a consultation window for the next day and was communicative with his timing. He gave a clear explanation of what could be done and followed up with an itemized breakdown of costs. Three days after the initial call he and his team was able to come out and complete the work in one day. I also really liked that I could access the invoice on my phone and pay with Apple Pay which is already on my phone so that was quick and painless too. Would definitely reach out to Nick again which I imagine won’t be for another 10 years at least.

Well deserved 5 stars!! Excellent customer service. I had an urgent situation with a bad leak from a broken gutter system and broken barge wood caused by an overgrown tree. Nick was extremely responsive and understanding; he came out immediately to give me a quote and fit me into his schedule within a few days (before the next time it was forecasted to rain). He did a great job with cutting back the tree, replacing the gutters system, and adding a new roof. He is very responsible and even came back to make sure the tree branches that fell into the backyard were cleaned up. I am very happy with the smooth communication, great work, and wonderful overall experience. Thank you!!

Nick Fugarino Roofing and Home Improvement installed a new rubber roof and roof capping all around the back corner of my roof. Nick coated my chimney and my nextdoor neighbor's chimney too! Nick Fugarino did an amazing job for a low price. Nick does not cut corners for a low price. For example, Nick installed an expensive copper scupper box instead of a cheap one without even asking me. Nick is a wonderful person who truly cares about his customers. These nine pictures are the proof.

My family just bought a new house and we knew that roof was bad but as first time home owners we had no idea what to expect. Nick and his team were incredible. They talked me through worst case scenarios, gave great pricing, and went above and beyond to complete the job on time and on budget. Nick could have easily just added another layer to our roof but instead he made sure that the previous roofing material was removed, the wood restored and a new roof installed property. They also did an incredible job fixing a roof that wasn't draining properly. I reached out to a few roofing companies when I realized I had a significant leak in the roof above my bathroom but Nick was the only one that showed up when he said he would (which is a huge deal when it’s been raining nonstop and you’re losing sleep over the mounting water damage with each passing day) and Nick offered me the best quote for the work. He was also transparent with me the entire time - he let me know it would be a 2 day job and he scheduled it so his roofers would get it done when promised, which they did. Nick was professional and courteous from start to finish and I could not be happier with the outcome. My roof is no longer leaking and I feel safe knowing his work comes with a 10 year warranty. I was also happily surprised that Nick, as the owner, was on site with his workers each day to oversee their work and he was up on the roof doing the job, too. He’s not an owner who just sells you a product and bails - he was putting the work in himself. I highly recommend Nick Fugarino Roofing and Home Improvement, Inc., especially if you live in Philly. Don’t bother calling other roofing companies, Nick is your best bet for quality work at a fair price. The pictures I attached show a before and after of my side roof, which was just part of the overall job. You can see how rotted the roof was when they took off the original asphalt overlay. They replaced not only the rotted plywood but also some of the 2x4 beams underneath that were waterlogged and crumbling.
