Joe was pretty responsive and a great a communicator. He explained the details of the project very clearly. From the inquiry to job completion, it took less than 10 days, which included the inspection, quotation, getting the materials, acquiring the permit, and replacing the roof. Highly recommended!
Joe was amazing. My mother had a leak around her skylights on Thursday jan.22 a couple days before the storm of the century due to hit. lol. I put a request in online for a roofer thru Yelp and got a call within minutes. Joe.arranged for his guy to come to NJ from Philly as he wanted to but was in the middle of a job and wanted to be sure my mother's leak was taken care of before the storm came. Within a couple hours his.employee showed up, inspected the roof showed pics of the problem and gave a quote. As I couldn't be at the house Joe personally called me before any repairs.were done to discuss the work and price. So professional and the price was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Joe and Made in America roofing. Come Spring I'll be reaching out to Joe to have the roof replaced . Thanks again Joe. I've heard some horror stories about some roofers. I got lucky you called and followed up on your lead so fast!!!! Donna
Joe was great, he came out right away to take a look at my roof, explained what needed to be do showed videos and photos. Prices are reasonable and he was able to start the job right away. Once the job was completed he showed me videos and pictures of the completed project. Joe and his team were excellent, highly recommended.

They just came out and fixed my aluminum siding. The top piece in the back of my house must have blown away. And I could see the insulation, and I wanted to fix before the rain, because I don't want rain in my house or mice crawling in the wall. He came out this morning went and got the piece to fix it. And AN hour andthe job was done. JOSEPH CARUSO MADE IN AMEREICA ROOFING Everything about Joe and the work he does is excellent. If you need repair's done I would definitely recommend using this company for your home repairs.They get right back to you.They don't waste time.Everything about the experience .
This was a difficult roof due to multiple hips, valleys and eaves. Excellent work was performed. Joe is a great communicater and keeps you informed every step of the way. Drone footage of the work in progress is an awesome added feature. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again!
i called Made in America Roofing they were out the next day. Gave me a Great price. Joe flew his drone up when the job was done to show me the completed work & explained the process very well, roof also came with a warranty so im happy about that. i would recommend
Joe is the man! Joe and his crew did a terrific knockout job and really went above and beyond, more than I could have even asked for nor imaged. I called Joe on a Thursday afternoon and in less then 24 hours later he was out and on site and I was provided with an extremely detailed scope of the work needed backed up by detailed photos from every angle which Joe thoroughly explained. After his impressive explanation and scope of the work I was also provided with an estimate which was very generous provided the work needed. Joe also supplied a detailed warranty with more than considerable coverage at no extra charge. Upon completion of the job, Joe once again went over everything that was done and completed and once again provided photos and thoroughly explained everything. Over all the entire experience was a 10+!
Joe is a fantastic communicator!! He took time to complete my roof, but prior to that, he gave me an amazing detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He did not pressure me, but allowed me the time to think about what I wanted to do. He even activated his PayPal account so that I could use my credit card. Joe is a really humble man and very polite. He even provided a referral to me for other work that I needed. If you want someone with great work ethics, respectful and nice, hire this company for sure! Thank you for your service, Joe!
Joe replaced my gutters, gutter guards, and fascia on a lower roof. He also cleaned off my upper roof. Excellent communication, gave me before/after pictures and a video, and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend him.
