Incomplete Roofing Job Our recent experience with your company has been highly unsatisfactory, to say the least. As a customer who entrusted your company with our roofing project, we have been met with gross negligence, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of respect from the owner, John. We are deeply disturbed by the behavior exhibited by John towards his employees, including screaming, using profanity, and racial slurs in front of customers. It is abhorrent and wholly unacceptable in any business setting. Furthermore, not only has the job not been completed to the agreed-upon standards, but our numerous attempts to contact John have been met with disregard and excuses. At this point, it is clear that the level of service provided by your company falls far below acceptable standards. We have already made full payment for the roofing job, yet we have been left with an incomplete and substandard result. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's reputation. In light of these circumstances, we strongly advise anyone considering your services to reconsider. The unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of accountability demonstrated by your company, particularly by John, are beyond disappointing. We give his company an F for service, communication and respect.

November 2021 I hired J&K Roofing LLC 1603 W. 67th Ave Phila., PA 19126 to install a new rubber roof and a new skylight. I thought they did a great job and John sent me lots of pictures. I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to do the same on another property. Fast-forward to June 2024. I had an issue with heavy leakage in my bathroom around the skylight when it rained. Damaging my ceiling and floors. I contacted John and it took him 3 days before he sent me a message asking for my address, which I gave him when I sent the first text. He had all types of excuses. "Did you pull the chain until it clicked?" "you need a new coating" "it could be the smokestack" "it's 110 degrees" He was very rude and condescending. Finally after 4 weeks, he said he was going to get a new skylight, but I watched him on camera as he climbed the ladder with a bucket (I assume it was tar) but no skylight. August 2024 and my roof is still leaking, so I had to hire a new roofer for an estimate. He told me that J&K Roofing never installed a new rubber roof which they were paid to do. They only did a coating over my old roof. J&K Roofing's customer service, quality and workmanship has definitely changed and not for the better. John is deceitful and cannot be trusted. I would not recommend their services. I wish I could post this review with no stars!

I recently had the pleasure of working with JK Roofing & Construction Company for a roofing project at my home, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. After dealing with several other contractors who either overestimated the work needed or failed to communicate effectively, I found Jk roofing & construction to be a breath of fresh air.

If you are looking for roof work you can stop your search right here. When I say amazing I seriously mean it. I called, they came out 3 hours later, gave me a quote. The next morning they were on my roof doing the work. They were done in a very timely manner. The work was beyond satisfactory and it was very professional. I was impressed. If you are looking for patch work do not waste your time to call them. Quality roofing is hard to come across. If you really want to secure your home you should contact them. They're worth it. By the way his name is John. John answers his phone, and returns calls. Please keep in mind he does roof work. So if it takes him some time to reply just be patient. The job is dangerous and they're doing their best. How would you feel if someone was working on your property handling a bunch of calls not related to your project.?

John has worked on our house for about 15 years. New flat roof, copper bay window, copper porch roof. John will tell you like it is. If you can't take someone direct and truthful you should continue looking. I've seen John several times explain to people that they don't need new roofs. He doesn't need to steal your money because his work is just that good.
