I woke up the day after the recent snow and ice storm to my kitchen ceiling leaking and ready to fall down. The leak was actually traced to my gutter box/downspout connection on the back of my South Philly rowhome. It got all iced up and exposed a problem that seems to have been going on for a long time. Within 24hrs of contacting Donta there was 3 guys on my roof shoveling and clearing off all the snow/ice and resealing all the spots that had been affected by the storm. Having the crew come out so quickly and not banging me over the head on the price is much appreciated and I will definitely be doing more business with Hybrid Roofing.

Very happy with the work I got done. I needed a new roof, bricks replaced, and stucco repaired. They came out quickly for an estimate, correctly diagnosed the issue, and finished work in a timely manner. Price was good and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. 10/10 would hire again. Donta and the crew at Hybrid Roofing came up big in my time of need. I’m the first owner of a new construction house with a terrible roof. My terrible roof had been patched/repaired before I bought the house, and the builder was trying to take advantage of me and neglect their responsibility to provide a roof that isn’t on the verge of failure. Donta is extremely professional and knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to navigate the situation and find a satisfying solution. Throughout the deconstruction of my existing garbage roof and the installation of my incredible new roof, I asked a constant stream of questions about the work and roofs in general. All of my questions and conversations were welcomed by Donta and the team, which allowed me to learn so much about the process and to be a more knowledgeable homeowner. I’m forever grateful to Hybrid Roofing for helping me reach such a satisfying conclusion to the nightmare that is buying a new construction home in Philadelphia. Now, I can just hope for a satisfying conclusion to the lawsuit against my home builder as well 😊
TPO flat roof install - The guys were very respectful and courteous. All debris cleaned up and taken away. Donta is very responsive to your concerns. He explains the work being done and why. He is honest and provides great customer service. He has a staff of workers who take pride in their work. Definitely very knowledgeable in roofing!
