Henkel was easy to work with, kept me up to date on my project and provided excellent customer service. Would absolutely hire them again.
one star is generous. this company did work at my apartment building and their workflow is to throw debris off of the roof without care. their carelessness destroyed 2 of the pepper plants on my stoop. i was unable to leave my unit without risking head trauma from the large chunks of wood being thrown from the roof all day. i collected 3 rusty nails from in front of my unit just today while walking my dog. the owner is incredibly crass and refused to address my concerns, and spoke to me in a manner that suggests he is not only sexist, but likely also homophobic. i come from a long line of contractors and know for a fact that laborers do NOT have to conduct themselves like this.\ **edited to include that my doormat was destroyed by their carelessness upon their return the next day. chunk taken out and ripped down the middle. the owner remains blatantly disrespectful staring in my window to try and look intimidating. laughable operation tbh
Everyone working on the job was extremely friendly, helpful, and in my (unprofessional) opinion did a great job. On top of that, the work was done on time, which is a first for me. They made an otherwise stressful situation less stressful.
This company is incredibly honest, fair and an excellent cooperative team that gets the work done on time. No run around at all. Straight shooters. Met the boss, incredible woman. They are a family business who love their work, it shows! I've recommended to two people so far and both have used them. Thank You All at Henkel Roofing
Richy and mike did great work but we’re also very timely, professional, and in great spirits. Will definitely be using Henkel roofing again if needed!!!
