GreenPeak did a great job installing siding over our damaged stucco facade. Made the home look brand new. Jed and the GreenPeak crew were very communicative and accommodating throughout the process and able to overcome some of the challenges of our project. Would definitely use them again in the future.
I had to replace my upstairs back door with a window and Jed made it happen in the exact timeline I needed before my tenants moved in! They finished the project in one day, just as promised. I liked Jed because he didn't do a hard sell. In fact, I hired him on the spot because I had a good feeling. And I was right! I already sent his name along to clients of mine.
Jed and his team were very responsive and thorough throughout the project. He gave an honest/reasonable assessment of the work I needed done to the stucco and window replacement on my Philly home. He performed the job quickly and the work looks great.
Jed did a consultation to assess my windows. He was honest about what work I really needed, but was not pushy and didn't aggressively try to sell, which I greatly appreciated. Jed gave me some great ideas for my basement down the road. He came buy to do a couple of small projects on my exterior wall. He was very responsive, professional, and took great care to get the job done right. Rates were very reasonable. I will definitely work with GreenPeak again.
I had a problem with my gutters. Squirrels and birds were getting inside and tearing through my gutter guards, so I was finding pieces of plastic on my lawn. Also, we have had drainage problems for years. GreenPeak recommended that we upgrade to metal guards that the squirrels would not chew through and replace the five-inch gutters with six-inch to stop my drainage problems. Also, my flashing was previously done poorly, and GP crew pointed out that it was never replaced: a piece was just put over the old one that was visibly coming off the bricks. The installation crew showed up on time and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They even carried a bird’s nest with baby birds in it!, down to the ground and put it back up once the installation was done! I would highly recommend the company. They went above and beyond, and the gutters look amazing! They also replaced and sealed the metal “flashing” that goes where roof meets the side of my house, even though it wasn’t in the contract.
