Review Summary
**Fortuna Roofing receives strong praise across the majority of customer reviews, with clients consistently highlighting the company's competitive pricing, efficient workmanship, and professionalism.** Reviewers frequently commend the team's responsiveness — with estimates often provided within one to two days of initial contact — as well as their ability to complete full roof replacements in just a few hours. Mike Fortuna is mentioned by name for his communicative approach throughout the project process, and multiple customers noted that the final cost came in well below their expectations. However, one customer has raised a serious concern that warrants attention: following a $4,000 roof installation, a leak developed within three days, and repeated attempts to reach Mike Fortuna for warranty service over a two-month period went unanswered, including a missed appointment. This reviewer also points to other one-star reviews as part of a broader pattern, suggesting the issue may not be entirely isolated. While the majority of Fortuna Roofing's customers report a seamless and satisfying experience, prospective clients may wish to clarify warranty service procedures and response commitments in writing before work begins.

New roof supposedly has a 15 YEAR warranty. Mine leaked 3 DAYS after and I have been messaging Mike Fortuna for over two months, once he said he was coming and never showed up, now he keeps ignoring my messages. Before I paid him 4k for my roof he was calling and texting 3 times a day begging for the job, telling me how his business has three generations and 90 years of experience. Listen to the other one star reviews I ignored them and now I regret it.
Great work for a great price! Fortuna was super nice, communicative, and got the job done in a timely & efficient manner. Would recommend!
We had a great experience with Fortuna roofing. Within a day of calling, they were out to evaluate our roof and scheduled an appointment to come and replace the roof. They arrived on time and installed a new roof within a matter of hours and finished up about 5 minutes before a big storm so we were able to test the roof out immediately. Price was very affordable compared to what we were expecting.
Fortuna Roofing did a wonderful job placing a new rubber roof on our South Philly row home. They came out quickly for an estimate, gave what I felt was a very fair price, and showed up when they said they would. Mike was communicative throughout, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Fortuna!
Everyone I interacted with was great. Very professional and responsive. I spoke with them on 4/8/25 and they came to my house and gave me an estimate by 4/10/25. The estimate was at a great price. We have solar panels on our roof that had to be removed by a 3rd party and Fortuna worked with them to schedule everything. Panels were removed Tuesday and the roof was done Wednesday in about 3 hours. He even came in and showed me how to use the little reacher jawn for my new dome light.
I have been maintaining my roof for the last decade. Either Adding a coat or doing some patchwork to stave off the inevitable day we would have to fully replace it. I dread roofing and was not looking forward to torching down in the sun. My next door neighbor needed his roof done and while Fortuna was there, I asked them to take a look at mine. I was previously well aware of my roofs condition and their assessment way spot on. Anyway, I decided to have them do my flat roof. They literally came back to do the job in less then a week, on a holiday, with a full crew and knocked it out in a few hours, best of all, it was a lot cheaper than I was ever expecting. Thanks, you guys were great.
