Great experience. My roof was leaking like a civ and The owner Dan came out immediately! He made sure to get pictures and videos from my roof to show me myself what was the issue ! The same week replaced my roof for a very affordable price ! I would recommend these guys again ! Straight to the point very honest
Highly recommend Forte Roofing. Excellent service from initial quote to finished roof. Roofing team took care to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing existing roof. Everyone was professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations.
We were given this number by our neighbor who was happy with their roof. We called him on a weekend thinking he would call back Monday but he called back over the weekend. He came out and assessed our roof that had shingles that had blown away. He patched it and emailed us an estimate on what a new roof would cost. Our roof was 22 years old. We forwarded the estimate and his number to our insurance agent. A few days later they both came and together. Our insurance company was impressed with the detailed estimate. We are very happy with our roof. My husband saw a few shingles that appeared not flat and they came out to look. They said they would flatten with the sun which they did. I would absolutely recommend them. We don’t like huge companies and prefer very small companies.
We had damage done to our roof and fence from a tree due to a bad storm. We called forte roofing & they were out the next day to look over the damages. They got all the information for our insurance and took care of everything for us which made the whole process stress free. Dan and his staff were very professional and worked efficiently to get our roof and fence replaced. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs it.
When my house was damaged from a storm I was freaking out not only because of the damage, but also because I was so worried about the insurance company and the contractor ripping me off. Fortunately, neither of those things happened because luckily my friend to referred me to Forte Roofing. Dan and his team held my hand through every step of the way, including helping me successfully navigate my claim. In addition to their great service, the work they did on my house was amazing.
Very unprofessional company who does not stand by their 5 year warranty. I had them replace my ENTIRE roof in the fall of 2020 and experienced my first roof leak on Christmas Eve (within 2 months). They came out that Saturday to repair the hole and told me a "branch pierced my new roof". They showed me a picture of the hole that day, which was a gutter hole. Not sure what they did to repair anything. Because Dan blocked my number and would not return my calls or texts, I reached out to an independent roofing company to ask about the drainage hole and if it would cause any further leaks. The independent roofing company stated that Forte Roofing “cut a lot of corners” and gave me a costly estimate to fix the mistakes that Forte Roofing had done, including incorrect installation of the drainage hole and leaving my old flashing all around the roof. When I reached out to an associate at Forte Roofing to see if they could repair the roof under the warranty, Dan told me my warranty was void and that I would have to take him to court. He made threats against me and called me names. I can’t believe an owner of a company would talk to a client this way. In essence, this company is a nightmare, stay far far away if you know what is good for you. Addendum: I am fully aware that the hole is a drainage hole (I am a professor with my doctorate degree). The drainage hole was not done correctly, as verified by a third party roofer, as you can see it was cut hastily and not opened up correctly. Forte Roofing also did not replace the flashing around the roof which you can see from the pictures. When I reached out to Dan about coming out to install new flashing and repair the drainage hole, he repeatedly told me "See you in court" and that my warranty was void. This is the truth. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Update: After continued problems with the roof that Forte Roofing installed, my entire roof needed to be replaced in February 2021 by a reputable and accredited roofing company. I have uploaded multiple "before" pictures of the roof that Forte installed...Forte roofing never removed my 30 year old roof, and simply replaced a new roof on top of my old roof. As you can see, the roofing was not adhering correctly to the surface in multiple places because it was installed over a 30 year old roof. The install itself was not done correctly and the membrane was peeling right off. There are exposed nails on the roof, the flashing was not replaced but was instead "patched" in some places and not others. The hole that Forte Roofing claimed was incurred due to a "branch" was in fact a drainage hold that was not installed correctly, and had to be re-done. I have not been able to communicate with Forte Roofing because they have blocked my number. See you in court.
Great job on replacing my roof. The workers where all efficient and pleasant. The clean up after the job was great. As a realtor it is so wonderful to have a roofer to recommend with clients!
