Elite Roofing did a marvelous job of replacing 3,200 panes of glass in the Bell Works Holmdel, NJ Crown Jewel Sky Roof with 3,200 panes of unique solar electricity producing glass. The installation entailed placing 24 different sizes of glass in their exact correct positions. Perfect job well done! See attached photo ....

We recently hired this roofing company for a commercial project, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, organized, and extremely knowledgeable about commercial roofing systems. The process went incredibly smoothly — communication was clear, timelines were met, and there were no surprises along the way. They coordinated everything efficiently and kept the job site clean and safe throughout the project. Pricing was fair and transparent, especially for the quality of work delivered. It’s not easy to find a contractor who balances professionalism, workmanship, and value this well. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable commercial roofing contractor and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
We engaged in 2 signed contracts with Elite (August 2025). One contract was for an EPDM roof on a 16,000 square foot commercial roof and the other was on two shingled roofs, one a house and the other a separated garage. We received multiple bids. We checked insurance, references and the glowing reviews on Elite – all things seemed to be in order. They started with the EPDM roof. When they told us the EPDM roof was complete, we paid them. They moved on to the shingled roof contract. Soon we discovered the EPDM roof was not complete. There was a hole in the EPDM, the back edge of the entire length of the building was never glued down and several seams on the roof were not completely sealed. When they started shingling the house, we caught them cutting corners. They installed no drip edge and no ice and water block (per the contract). We made them redo the work. They also claimed there was a full day of repairing rotten wood for three workers before the shingling could start. This was not true. When confronted with their rotten wood story they ended up making the repairs needed in about 45 minutes. Moreover, they never shingled the garage. They left and have not returned to finish the work. They have not responded to our numerous attempted contacts. We will not use them again and we don’t think others should use them either. Use them at your own risk.
