Our office building needed some serious attention upstairs. We hired a commercial roofer who specialized in EPDM roofing for flat surfaces. They came in, did the commercial roof inspection first, then laid out a plan for the roof replacement. Felt like they actually cared about doing it right, not just rushing through.
Had a stubborn leak in our apartment building. They found the source and did the commercial leak repair without tearing up half the roof. Quick and clean.
Been putting off dealing with our retail property's roof for way too long. I finally called a commercial roofing contractor to get a real assessment. The roof was past the point of another patch, so we decided to move forward with a full commercial roof installation. They walked us through the options and we chose TPO roofing for the flat section. They also staged the work around our store hours, so we barely noticed they were there.
Needed emergency commercial roof repair after a storm ripped through. They came out fast, patched things up temporarily, and scheduled the full fix. Great response time here in Philadelphia.
Our warehouse was having constant issues with water pooling. They came out and explained what was contributing to the pooling, mainly some low spots near the drains, and then handled the flat roof repair in those problem areas. We haven't seen the same standing water after the last few rains. They seemed to understand our warehouse setup well, which made the whole process smoother.
Had a leak in our office building roof that just wouldn't quit. Called these guys and they came out same day to check things out. Turned out we needed a full commercial roof replacement, the old modified bitumen roofing was just too far gone. They walked me through everything, no pressure, just straight talk about what needed to happen. The crew showed up on time, worked clean, and got it done. Really glad we went with a commercial roofer for this one, especially with all the weather Philly throws at us.
Our logistics warehouse has a massive flat layout that hadn't been fully checked since the building was purchased. I scheduled a thorough commercial roof inspection to see if any seams were pulling apart before the winter storms hit us. They walked the whole surface, took detailed photos of some brittle spots around the HVAC units, and showed me exactly what minor details needed sealing.
A hidden leak was ruining the insulation sheets right above our office breakroom kitchen. Finding an insured commercial roofing company was clutch because our corporate office required full paperwork before anyone could step onto the ladder. They got the leaking area sorted out without creating any noise disruption while our team was working.
These commercial roofing specialists delivered prompt emergency commercial roof repair when we needed it the most. Highly recommend the team!
