Efficient, Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Informative, from Preparation to Clean up. They answered every call, question, and concern I had. I am really big on Customer Service and they are A++ in that area. Being a single woman doing this on my own, City Wide Roofing made me feel reassured that they were going to take great care of me and they did exactly that from day one. They carefully walked me through every step of the way so I could see what was going on and understood. Nothing happened without my being aware and okay’d. My Roof Resealing and the new Shingles in front of mine and my neighbor’s home look amazing. It has changed the whole look of our homes. Thank you City Wide Roofing Inc for a wonderful experience. City wide roofing did an awesome job on our roof and in extending the roof for an addition of a nice roomy back porch. The new back porch included lights and ceiling fans, making it a great place to sit and relax. Their work was fast and looks great! I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work and honest people doing work for them.
An entire siding fell off my house right before a gigantic storm was incoming. Called City Wide Roofing in Philly and they came out and did an estimate same day and it was below what I expected to pay. The guys came back the very next day and did the work and it looks PHENOMENAL. They were so professional from start to finish. Can’t recommend enough!
I was really pleased with City Wide. Their service was impeccable; I highly recommend them. It turns out there was a slow leak in my roof the previous owners did not disclose. It became apparent with the wild, two-day rains we had last fall. City Wide came out and gave me an estimate, and of the three companies I got quotes from, they seemed the most no-nonsense. Replacing the roof wasn't in my budget, though. Fast forward a few months to a letter from my homeowner's insurance requiring me to replace the roof within a couple of months. I called City Wide and they worked with me to establish a solid plan for doing the work on the timeline and in a way that allowed me to cover the cost. I couldn't be more appreciative of their kindness, frankness, and support. The roof has a 10-year guarantee, so I'll update if necessary :-)
I had City wide roofing install a new roof to my rental property. They sent me before and after photos and confirmed everything was completed before payment. Tenant was very happy with and I have one less issue to deal with.
