I rarely leave reviews, but the fiberglass job done on my roof was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. From the start, the quality of work was poor and the experience only got worse. The paint on the roof was never consistent - there were visible variations in color and coverage from day one, which should have been a red flag. Less than a year later, the situation became completely unacceptable. As you can see in the picture the paint bubbled up all over the floor, clearly showing that the materials and application were substandard. The worst part is that their shoddy work eventually led to water damage on my ceiling. A roofing job is supposed to protect your home, not cause more problems, and now I’m facing additional repairs and costs because they didn’t do the job properly. From beginning to end, this was a bad experience: poor workmanship, poor results and lasting damage. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
I had a very disturbing experience with this company, after calling other companies for fiberglass repairs. They said my issue was exposed wood under parapet tops, when I showed them other issues like warped wood due to moisture, they said that is also a problem but it is not economical to fix. They also said rusted staples were not an issue all over my deck, that the standing water and bad pitch is very challenging to fix, which contradicts multiple other fiberglass companies saying otherwise. I want a roofer i can trust - who takes videos, explains things, and does not undermine problems for the sake of being economical. Look at FSI if you want thorough honest and reputable fiberglass repairs.
We had water leaking into our house from the scupper box and AOF came real quick with the solution to quickly repair the box and fiberglass to seal up the water leak. They also re-sealed the rest of the roof and repaired any other areas. Solid work and excellent service. Great job done.

It was challenging to find a company that would repair a fiberglass roof. Thankfully, we found AOF. They are very friendly and professional - from the customer services to the sales folks to the onsite workers. They were very patient with us, addressing all of our questions and working with us to schedule a repair date. They were careful not to dirty the house as they came and went, and everyone was very courteous. The repair looks amazing. Highly recommend AOF.

Fiberglass roofing services seem a bit limited in the city and I was elated to have chosen Alpha & Omega. First off, their customer service reps are very friendly and professional. Making the appointment was very simple. Their rep arrived on time for the inspection and estimate and gave a reasonable quote that was good for 30 days. I actually went beyond the thirty days before choosing them for the repairs. They showed up on time. They set up and made all the necessary repairs quickly. They also cleaned up after. Upon inspecting the finished product, I was very satisfied. These ladies (in customer service) and gents performing the work are fantastic and the finished product was amazing. I totally recommend them!!
Had a great experience with AOF. Orlando came quickly for a quote and knew what needed to be done. Quote was reasonable and included stucco repair. By comparison, I got two other quotes - one company took more than a week and half to come and didn't even send a quote. Another company just did it over text. Both the other quotes were crazy and of course other roofers love to bash on fiberglass...ok thanks. A few other companies I called wouldn't even repair a fiberglass roof. The office staff calls and responds to email within a day. I had everything scheduled in short order. No deposit required. A crew of 4 (or 5?) came to do the roof and they did a great job. On top of that our house has carpeted stairs (4 floors to the roof), and they took their shoes off each and every time to go up and down, at my request. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Alpha & Omega did an amazing job with our roof repair. They were honest with their assessment of the repairs that needed to be done, speedy with their estimate and very easy to schedule. They sent a huge team of people to repair the roof and it was done within one day. Our roof looks amazing and I could not be happier with their customer service.
