My third floor was melting. Not even kidding. The stucco reading gave No Resistance. I hired Paul and the guys at Anvil to remove the bad stucco and re-side the third floor. What they found was water had made its way through the plywood and all the way to the frame. No problem for these guys. In a time frame of two weeks (over the holidays to boot in the middle of winter) these guys tore out all the bad material, reframed and essentially rebuilt the the third floor of my home, re-siding it with Hardie board.
