## Al's Group Roofing – Customer Review Summary Al's Group Roofing has earned an overwhelmingly positive reputation among its customers, with all five reviewers awarding the company a perfect five-star rating. Customers consistently praise the company's efficiency, diagnostic accuracy, and quality of workmanship, with one reviewer who works in the construction industry noting that the crew "did it the right way" — arriving on time, working without shortcuts, and leaving the job site cleaner than they found it. Several reviewers were particularly impressed by the team's ability to quickly identify and resolve persistent roof leaks that other contractors had struggled to diagnose, reflecting a high level of technical expertise. Beyond the quality of their work, customers also highlight Al's Group Roofing's exceptional customer service and integrity. In one standout instance, a technician who was already working in the neighborhood took time to assess a neighbor's gutter issue on the spot and completed the repair free of charge — a gesture that left a strong impression. Customers also appreciate the company's transparent communication, including a thorough explanation of roofing material options such as TPO, which helped at least one commercial client make a confident, informed decision. Taken together, these reviews paint a picture of a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused roofing contractor well worth considering for both residential and commercial projects.

With the bad weather, I recently had the two lower parts of my gutters come apart. I managed to hold them together temporaily and kept my fingers crossed. Yesterday I saw Al's Group Roofing on my street and called the number to explain my problem. I was told that the person working would take a look as soon as he was done with my neighbor's house. Within an hour, I received a call that the roofer would be there. He looked at the problem and said he'd take care of it. Granted, it was an easy fix but when I asked the price, he insisted that there was no charge. FIVE STARS...THANK YOU!!!!
I’m in the construction field, so I see good work and bad work every day. Al's Group does it the right way. Showed up on time, crew worked efficiently, no nonsense, no shortcuts. The roof came out clean and tight, and they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Hard to find contractors like this anymore. Respect.
My front room ceiling kept leaking and I didn’t know why. Well, I knew there had to be a problem with the roof, but I’m no roofer—I didn’t know what to do. I did know to call Al’s Roofing, though. I did this because my friend Calvin recommended them. It didn’t take them long at all to find the source of the leak, and they patched it up efficiently. I haven’t seen a leak since. More importantly, I’m confident I won’t, so I repainted the ceiling.
After all the benefits of a TPO roof were clearly explained to me, I pulled the trigger and had one installed on my store. It’s been about five months since the installation, and I’m very pleased with how it’s held up thus far.
Such a great company! I needed my roof repaired and they was able to diagnose and repair our leak quickly and cost effectively. Other roofers weren’t sure of the problem. Very pleased with their job and recommend to everyone.
