They did a fine job, as far as I can see. Damian was careful in explaining everything. I felt comfortable with them. The only thing I need adjusting is that Damian told me the warranty was 20 years but the copy of the warranty I received said 15 years. So if they correct that, I have no complaints.
Alpha did a great job figuring out a difficult leak we had and replacing everything. The shingles look great a match thanks to Jim’s recommendation. Great service.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and they kept everything clean and organized while they worked. No complaints whatsoever, just top-notch service! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
I recently had a new roof installed by Alpha and was very pleased with their responsiveness, willingness to track down information, ability to provide cost estimates + explanations on different options. Scheduling was easy, the work was done promptly, and I was emailed some pictures of the completed work. Plus they have experience dealing with with solar, which allowed for a smooth process overall (removal + reinstallation of the panels was done separately by the solar company).
