Review Summary
**Alpha Roofing and Siding** earns overwhelmingly positive feedback across its customer reviews, with homeowners consistently praising the company's quality workmanship, fair pricing, and professional service from start to finish. Reviewers frequently highlight the team's responsiveness, punctuality, thorough communication, and attention to cleanup — with several customers noting they would not hesitate to use Alpha again for future projects. Team members Jimmy, Eddie, Greg, and Damian are each mentioned by name for their helpfulness, transparency during the estimate process, and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. While the reviews are largely without complaint, one customer noted a discrepancy between the 20-year warranty verbally communicated by Damian and the 15-year term reflected in the written warranty documentation — a detail worth verifying at the time of contract signing. Beyond that isolated concern, additional praise worth noting includes the company's ability to handle specialized projects such as solar panel coordination, successful matching of existing shingles on repair jobs, and a smooth process for gutter and wood replacement work. Taken together, Alpha Roofing and Siding presents as a reliable, customer-focused contractor well-regarded for both roofing and siding services.

They did a fine job, as far as I can see. Damian was careful in explaining everything. I felt comfortable with them. The only thing I need adjusting is that Damian told me the warranty was 20 years but the copy of the warranty I received said 15 years. So if they correct that, I have no complaints.
Alpha did a great job figuring out a difficult leak we had and replacing everything. The shingles look great a match thanks to Jim’s recommendation. Great service.
Great company ran by great people. They were super helpful and willing to work with me when I unexpectedly had to replace my roof. Highly recommend!
Alpha did a great job a few years ago on my roof. I haven’t had any issues since and will definitely call them again for future work.

I had a great experience with Alpha Roofing from the quote process to installation. Jimmy gave me a fair price to replace and reinstall my gutters as well as replace the areas of damaged wood. Eddie did a great job with the installation. Looks like a new house again

We recently had a new roof installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was friendly, showed up on time, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they kept everything clean and organized while they worked. No complaints whatsoever, just top-notch service! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
I recently had a new roof installed by Alpha and was very pleased with their responsiveness, willingness to track down information, ability to provide cost estimates + explanations on different options. Scheduling was easy, the work was done promptly, and I was emailed some pictures of the completed work. Plus they have experience dealing with with solar, which allowed for a smooth process overall (removal + reinstallation of the panels was done separately by the solar company).
I got a new roof with Alpha and I also got siding done with them as well. I was very impressed with the owner Jim because he was very informative but also did not sugar coat anything. Once I agreed we set a date for the work and the team was on time to do the job and very respectful as well. The entire experience with Alpha roofing has been awesome!!
