I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the roofing services provided by your company. Since the initial installation, my roof has experienced persistent leaks. I contacted Austin on multiple occasions to address this issue, but despite his attempts, the problem remained unresolved. Subsequently, he ceased responding to my communications. I attempted to file a claim with your insurance company, only to discover a 60-day filing ordinance, which unfortunately, I was outside of due to the prolonged attempts at repair. It appears Austin strategically delayed resolution until the insurance claim window had closed, after which he became unreachable. Furthermore, after several unsuccessful repair attempts, Austin requested that I remove my negative online review, which I did, believing he was genuinely committed to resolving the issue. However, the roof continues to leak, and he has once again become unresponsive. Based on my experience, I find your company's conduct to be highly untrustworthy.

I had a leak in my commercial building Austin came out with the best estimate out of three him and his crew came out and completed the job in a very timely manner guided me through every step was very communicative highly satisfied, highly recommend it has rain sense the job and has not leaked!!!

Avoid All Budget Roofing and Austin Marks at All Costs Hiring Austin Marks of All Budget Roofing to renovate our roof deck has been the single worst contractor experience we’ve ever had. What started as a simple roof repair turned into months of frustration, countless ignored messages, and property damage that has only worsened because of his negligence and lack of professionalism. We hired Austin last fall to repair and seal our fiberglass and rubber roof (invoice dated 10/30/2024) for $4,700. The contract included a five-year warranty guaranteeing workmanship. What we got instead was botched work that left our roof leaking, water damage spreading, and Austin consistently failing to show up for scheduled appointments. We repeatedly reached out over months, offering flexibility and patience. Austin routinely promised to come “next week," and yet he constantly canceled or ghosted us without explanation. At one point, he even claimed he was “trying to squeeze us in” while juggling other jobs, making it clear he had no intention of honoring his obligations. After months of excuses, we requested a refund. Austin agreed to a payment plan (invoiced dated 05/11/2025) for $4,700 to repay us $200/month. He signed this agreement and never made a single payment. Instead, he sent more empty promises—claiming Venmo didn’t work, saying he’d send money “Monday,” and then disappearing altogether. We have every message documented: weeks of us begging for updates, Austin ignoring urgent requests to fix the growing damage, and finally, our last attempts warning him we’d pursue legal action after he breached both the original contract and repayment agreement. Austin Marks’ behavior has been dishonest, unprofessional, and downright unethical. He took our money, left us with a leaking roof, caused further property damage, and has now ghosted us entirely. We have wasted months of time and thousands of dollars because of him. If you are considering hiring All Budget Roofing or Austin Marks: don’t. We wouldn’t trust him to fix a birdhouse, let alone a roof.

He came out quickly and did a coating on my roof that temporarily fixed a leak. He provided a 5 year warranty and told me it should last 10 years. He did a single coat for what should have been three and seemed to have damaged the back of the roof as ice and water started pouring down the back of the house during the next storm. He claimed that it needed to be built up and I didn't pay for that, but also never mentioned such a concern. The roof is now leaking in the same spot (well within the warranty period) and he has completely ignored my attempts to contact him. A new roofer has looked at it and states that it was a terrible job. I suspect that I will need to sue him to get a response/repairs. The price would be reasonable if he did it properly.

Austin came out and gave me an estimate for a full roof replacement after considering to proceed with his fair price the work began Austin was very clear with his communication project was completed in a timely manner, it has rained consistently and no leaks would highly recommend

TERRIBLE. $4000.00 later and 3 months my issue is not fixed and he promised me a 2 year warranty. (I have a warranty in writing and a proposal). I’ve reached out to him 12+ times and he has completely ghosted me. I have one gutter fixed per his expert opinion and he guaranteed that it would fix my issue. After the first try, the issue was not fixed. he came back twice. But since then over a month and no courtesy notification . Austin, if you would like to correct the issue, I will gladly remove this review and pay you for the work. Otherwise you cannot have the money, AND glowing review. Responsive. Professional. Knowledgeable. Great Result. I contacted this company searching for fix to a leak around my gutter. Within an hour, I got a phone call and we scheduled a time to meet. Austin was knowledgeable, professional and we agreed on a quote for the work. He sent me a detailed invoice, required a signature, and took a deposit. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and his team was excellent. His pricing was very fair. I even had to have him return to correct a small issue and it was not a problem. He prioritized it and was very responsive. I ended up hiring him for some additional stucco work and some painting. Will definitely be using this company again. I highly recommend Austin and his company!

Austin and his crew have done phenomenal work around our house! We had our roof repaired, and they installed a rubber overlay with a 10-year warranty! They replaced an entire ceiling in the back bedroom, as well as a partial ceiling in the living room. Please contact them for any of your home improvement needs.
